Wonderful wonderful Wednesday! And today I have another birthday card for you using the stamp set HIP HIP HOORAY. I used a cuttlebug folder for the front of the card and then centered Hunney Bear cut with an oval nestie. I colored her with copics. I added a white gel pen to the balloons and made dots on the scallop edges. Thanks for stopping by. Love to read your comments. And of course, have a wonderful Wednesday!
