Only as old as you feel

Good Morning Stampers!

Today I am sharing one last tag for the week.

For this tag I colored the background using, yes a #8 stipple brush. I blended blues and purples together. I then scored the tag on one side every 1/4", then flipped it and scored again every 1/4".
This helped to create the textured look. I pierced where the scores connected.

The party hats are from K&Company. I LOVE THEM, so much fun!
